I remember receiving my first digital camera as a Christmas present in the 5th grade. Being so young, my subjects were mostly flowers and nature around my childhood home. I jumped at the opportunity to enroll in photography classes during my junior and senior years in high school where I learned how to develop film, use Photoshop and shoot using manual settings.
During my last semester at CCSU, I took another photography class that re-ignited my passion and steered my interests in the direction of portrait work which I continue to love and experiment with today.
Thanks to this foundation and love of what I thought would always just be a hobby, I was welcomed into the Powerstation Events family with open arms where I feel I've grown exponentially as a photographer and have learned more from my colleagues than I ever thought imaginable.
My favorite part about weddings is capturing pure love and candid emotion on wedding days.
I believe it's the tiny glances, the big belly laughs and the brushing of fingers that tell each and every couples' story so uniquely and intimately.
